So since the last time I’ve posted, I don’t think I’ve worked out at all! :( I’ve been slacking! But today starts a very important day!! The hubby and I both start on the road to our dream bodies. He is trying to gain mass & get ripped; I’m trying to lose weight and get toned…wish us luck!!

I didn’t even get to 1/2 a mile today before my muscles felt like they were ripping apart. :/ BUT, I did however get in a lot of ab workouts today. I need to start looking into more workouts for my legs and thighs. I am open to suggestions!! :) This is only day 5 and I’m pretty sure I am seeing results, either that or just wishful thinking, but either way, it’s worth every drop...
My everything hurts.
So after much mental debate, I think this is just going to be an “everything blog.” However, today deemed to be a workout diary. This is day 4(?) of working out after having Emma.
